Extract the folder "Project Airbus A319-115 Tibet Airlines" to your Aircrafts floder in Flight Simulator 9, And copy Effect files to your Effect folder in Flight Simulator 9.
for FS X install,
For Flight simulator X:
Extract the folder "Project Airbus A319-115 Tibet Airlines" and inside the "Project Airbus A319-115 Tibet Airlines" folder there is a "effects" folder. Move "effects" into your main FS-X folder and "Project Airbus A319-115 Tibet Airlines" into your "{FS-X main folder}\simobjects\airplanes" folder. You're done!
